The flooding in Houston and surrounding areas continue. This did not have to be. It occurred because of a continuum of political malpractice that permeates our entire system. Worse, we allow it to happen. Why, because many times we are not informed. We have a media that continues the old style of journalism, one side says this, the other says this. That false type of objective journalism no longer works. We need to give the viewer all sides and also the objective realities. We must be indifferent to politicians’ claim that we or journalism is overstepping.
