Former Coffee Party Director and Host of The Tim Danahey Show suggests an option for President Biden and Progressives to use the SCOTUS decision to kill Affirmative Action in universities by really fighting against all that makes it unequal all at once.

There are various ways to solve a problem. Tim Danahey believes that while the Supreme Court made Affirmative Actions illegal, the Constitution could still be upheld through other means. While those who engineered the suit had nefarious white supremacist racist intents, the same zeal could force all institutions, private and public alike, to force equity. Ironically, it could prove more costly because issues like reparations and provable structural impediments must be considered intentionally and objectively.
Ironically the doors are now open to scrutinizing legacy admissions on racial grounds. Additionally, the way schools are funded throughout the country with a bias against where people of color live could be fought, forcing better schools in underprivileged areas.
A message to racists and white supremacists, be careful what you wish for.
