Jerry Blackwell, the prosecutor in the Derek Chauvin trial gave a rebuttal to the defense’s closing statement that will ensure his conviction.

Mr. Blackwell rebutted the defenses nearly three-hour rambling and lying closing statement. It only took him just over 40 minutes. Point by point, he decimated all the defense’s false premises.
Blackwell’s closing statement, however, was epic. He really used a phrase every human-being understood. And I am sure it touched the jury.
“So finally ladies and gentlemen,” Jerry Blackwell said. “I wanted to say to the end what I thought was the biggest shading of the truth. … We were told that Mr. Floyd died because his heart was too big. You’ve heard that testimony.”
Blackwell then turned the screw.
“Now after seeing all the evidence,” Blackwell continued. “Haven heard all the evidence. You know the truth. And the truth of the matter is that the reason Georg Floyd is dead is that Mr. Chauvin’s heart was too small.”
