Virginia Parks speaks on beating COVID-19
Virginia thought she took all the necessary precautions to protect her from COVID-19. She still got the infection.
On further reflection, Virginia believes she may have let her guard down at times. It happens, especially in an environment where there is a population that is hesitant about self-protecting procedures.
Virginia discussed many important points.
- Make sure you have the right medications and supplements. Virginia was diligent in taking Zinc, Vitamin D, baby aspirin, Mucinex, and a few other supplements and medications.
- Be diligent in listening to your body. Only you know when you need to take things much more seriously. Virginia diligently took her temperature, breathed deeply, and kept her lungs a clear as she could.
- Make sure that you know your oxygen levels. She woke up every four hours to check her oxygen levels.
- Accept the help offered by your friends. It does not only help you, but it helps them as well.
Everyone will not follow Virginia’s protocol. But it is the one that worked for her. Listen to the entire interview. It is worth it.
