This election is existential. Republicans are in panic mode and are starting to lie about the meaning of electing Democrats. In the process, they malign the real meaning of Liberalism and Progressivism. I friend in Starbucks walked in just in time to point me to the words of a wise Liberal that we will describe today. It is the reason why it is urgent that we all vote and make sure Progressives throughout the country are voting.
