Trumpcare is a fraud. Obamacare is not in a death spiral. High-risk pools are a method to give health insurance companies a financial windfall. It is corporate welfare. Republicans are attempting to execute one of the largest swindles, the largest fraud on the American people. We must not allow them to succeed.
