An interview with Francis Johnson, a black Republican at Bridge Alliance's Unity conference.

After attending the Bridge Alliance Social Coherence Conference and speaking to people of many ideologies, including a black Republican, Francis Johnson, we can coexist. And it will.

A civil dialogue with a black Republican Francis Johnson

Watch Politics Done Right T.V. here.

I genuinely enjoyed spending a few days speaking to staunch Republican Francis Johnson. He was affable to stern in his beliefs. We had lunch and dinner a few times at the retreat in Reinbeck, New York, a picturesque forest filled with dozens of cabins and a vegan cafeteria.

We discussed healthcare for all, Trump, democratic socialism, progressive values, abortion, and the best type of economy. Johnson is wedded to the failed policies of supply-side economics, aka trickle-down economic voodoo economics. Ironically, while he agreed, point by point, often with the mathematical ineptitude of what trickle-down economics dictates, he was unable to make the transition in accepting its fraudulent tenets.

It is clear from our interview that Johnson is ready for a dialogue. The fact that he is supportive of green energy and money-out-of-politics, two major issues that too many Republicans and neo-liberals are rarely supportive of in practice, should give hope.

Please watch the entire interview. Mr. Johnson proves that change on all sides can come incrementally at times. He is willing to engage.
