During Saturday night’s rally to promote the Big Lie, former President Donald Trump promised to pardon January 6 rioters if he wins in 2024 and warned that the United States would see “the biggest protest we have ever had” if prosecutors investigating his effort to overturn the last election or his tax-evading real estate empire “do anything wrong.” “If these radical, vicious, racist prosecutors do anything wrong or illegal, I hope we are going to have in this country the biggest protest we have ever had… in Washington, D.C., in New York, in Atlanta, and elsewhere because our country and our elections are corrupt,” Trump told a crowd of his supporters in Conroe, Texas.
- Disregard all the talk about civil war. It is just another opportunity for Right-Wing grifters to stiff those they claim to support. These guys better hope that their sycophants remain asleep because when they realize they have been had by those they gullibly believed in, their reaction will not be kind.
