Jasmine Crockett, the energetic and hardworking Texas State Representative from House District 100 sat down late at night to interview with Politics Done Right. She had just gotten off a very long day of campaigning but kept her commitment to appear on PDR on KPFT 90.1 FM and our streaming networks.
Crockett decided to run for the U. S. House of Representatives representing Texas District 30. It is clear now why the Congresswoman who served in that district for decades, Eddie Bernice Johnson immediately endorsed Crockett. She is a very hard worker and she believes in the concept of serving her constituents.
The freshman State Representative was one of the leaders of the Democratic faction that left Texas to buy time for the Federal Government to effect anti-Voter Suppression legislation. She never waivers even as the National Democratic party made themselves impotent to act.
Jasmine Crockett represents a new breed of Democratic politician that will not allow anyone to label her ideology. Her intent is to support and pass policies that will make the lives of her constituents and Americans, in general, better economically and otherwise.
