Benjamin Dixon gives us his insight
I like to check in with Benjamin Dixon every so often. He is a very insightful journalist. Dixon cuts through the bull that captures most on DC politics. He did not disappoint. In this field, it is always easy to go off on tangents. Ensuring one is centered on the issues requires consultation among trusted sources.
Check out the clip to hear Dixon’s thoughts on the filibuster, Medicare For All, bipartisanship, the infrastructure bills, and much more. Most importantly, he tackles the vote and democracy. He is concerned about the trustworthiness of the Democratic Party. So far, they are not valuing the voters who sealed the deal, black folk.
Dixon says there are activists out there who are now putting concepts into action. They are doing this irrespective of the who mostly talk. He expects some catharsis in a not-so-distant future. I hope he is right because many are running out of hope. And that is never a recipe for good outcomes. But I think he is on to something.
Watch the entire interview. I am sure you will find it informative and enlightening. And do not forget to visit his show below.
