Benjamin Dixon speaks
Benjamin Dixon is the Creative Director for East & 42nd, and Host of “Like It Or Not with Benjamin Dixon.” He is the journalist that unearthed the audio clips of presidential candidate and former New York mayor Mike Bloomberg advocating controversial stop-and-frisk policies. He has written for the Guardian. He sometimes appears on the Majority Report with Sam Seder.
I have followed the work of Mr. Dixon for some time. I was impressed by his many appearances on MSNBC and CNN. He was always prepared. He never toed the line if it was out of line with the facts as he saw it irrespective of the day’s storyline.
My admiration for Mr. Dixon grew during this interview not only because of the symmetry of our thought process but his critical thinking as he heard a point of view he had not necessarily thought about before. One should always pride themselves on a willingness to have a dialogue that makes a difference in all parties. That is how one makes a change.
