Toys “R” Us is going under. the blame game is on. They were not nimble enough. Their employees are rude. They did not expand into areas that would leverage they venerable name. some of these may be true. But that is not the real story. The real story is profound and is one that will hit many companies yet because it is currently our business culture, one that is detrimental to the average American.
